We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Factory Workers in the production of polytanks at our facility in Tema. This role involves hands-on participation in the manufacturing process, ensuring high-quality standards and efficient production.

Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and equipment used in the production of polytanks.
• Monitor production processes and perform quality checks to ensure product standards are met.
• Assist in the setup, maintenance, and cleaning of production areas and equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.
• Report any issues or malfunctions to supervisors for timely resolution.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the production supervisor.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate machinery and handle materials safely.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good physical condition and the ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, as needed.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
